Many years ago, whilst looking for a Kitchen Assistant, we received a phone call from an applicant whose first words were “You should know that I’m over 60 though”
“No problem”, was the reply, “We have someone here who is over 70”.
And so Barbara was interviewed and offered the position.
On Wednesday 30th June, she celebrates yet another Birthday, although being a gentleman, I would never dream of disclosing her age.
All I will say is she is now closing in on Methuselah.
